New Jerseys Best Carpet & Tile Cleaning

I've used NJ's Best in the past, it had been a while, but I needed my carpets cleaned quickly when a furniture delivery was unexpectedly pushed up by a few weeks. I called NJ's Best and they were able to accomodate me the next day, which was really helpful. They did a great job and my carpets look so much better. They feel clean and fresh and not any of that chemical crunchiness that I've felt when using different carpet cleaners. I would highly recommend!

NJ's Best couldn't have been a better choice. This family owned business was affordable, punctual, and very thorough! We just purchased a new home where the previous owner had a cat, so we needed to get the carpets cleaned due to allergies. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the quality of work. 10 out of 10!

Rob did a fantastic job!!!! Our couch, loveseat and rugs look brand new. He was super professional and extremely clean. When he was done the carpets, couch and loveseat looked like they were just installed and delivered. The cost for his service was very reasonable and worth every penny. Rob responded very quickly to our inquiry and was quick to put us in his schedule. He was personable and professional. He got out stains in the carpet that I thought for sure wouldn't come out. We goofed and accidentally scheduled another contractor at the same time which made it difficult for Rob to work but he was extremely patient and went over and above accomodating the other contractor. Our experience with Rob was by far the best experience and we definitely will recommend him to everyone. We ended up having Rob come back to clean our sofa and love seat and dining room chairs. He did a great job as usual. I can't recommend him enough.

I had an emergency situation come up last week. It was pouring out.... My first thought was who's going to come out in this weather to take care of cleaning a rug? I called a few places some of which didn't answer - Left messages and to this day have not gotten a return call from a few places.. One place said next Thursday...I wish I called this company first instead of wasting time. Rob the owner was very understanding and did what he had to do to accommodate me. He came to my house a few hours to take care of the situation .. Did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company!

Rob was a true pro, showing up at the appointed time with clean equipment to clean our wall-to-wall carpeting, a mask & booties. He worked quickly but thoroughly, & even happily came back a few days later when my wife asked him to re-treat a stain that prompted the original call (I think that did the trick). He knows his stuff & answered my questions, sharing with us that there's an acidic/alkalinity balance needed to deep clean a carpet correctly (who knew???)
