I brought in New Generation to install alarms at my new home in Conroe. Marshall and the team were professional, prompt and patient, taking the time needed to explain the systems I was considering, how things would work, and the pros and cons of various alternatives. Going forward, I’ll be using them for additional, higher end security and surveillance and I’m pleased to recommend them without qualification.

Beyond exceeding our expectations. Marshall went thru the entire process of what would be the best way to proceed with our security needs. Then that was followed up with the great installation by Andrew and Steve. They were all on site on time and professionally installed and reviewed the entire security system . We had given up on expecting ‘service’ from the popular ADT provider, so when I spotted the New Generation Home Pro Team working on a neighbor’s home I stopped. I immediately called the company using the contact information on the side of the van. (Lindsey)

The next day the owner and Andrew came to see our home. After an hour or so they left and the very next day we had several options to choose from

We picked out the service bundle we wanted - app, remote operating, new state of the art cameras, etc.

The next week, Andrew and. Co-worker installed our new system, and trained us on how to operate it.

One of the pluses - they were able to integrate much of what our former provider had installed and we had paid for.

I own a coworking space in Conroe that needed a solid security cam setup. We went with New Generation Home Pro to do the work and we were extremely happy with them. I had a tall request of trying to get a live feed of beautiful Lake Conroe on to a large TV in our coworking bar area. Their team made it happen with an incredible camera on our roof that can zoom in from our building and see boats as clearly as if they are right next to us… amazing! The camera system they set up for actual security, some of which cover 360 degrees, is perfect and well thought out. I’ve worked with other companies for security installs and this was the best experience I’ve had from quote to delivery.

The cameras and alarm works great and love using the apps on my phone.
Also if there is a problem with connections or alarms whatever the case is they are prompt to take care of the problem to help make sure it’s Running efficiently

We had 2 outdoor cameras and a doorbell camera installed. Everyone we dealt with at New Generation was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing was very reasonable and the installers we on time (which is incredibly rare these days) and everything went really smooth. They were both very polite, capable, experienced and explained everything so that we could understand. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend New Generation Home Pro for your security camera and WiFi mesh needs. Had a doorbell camera installed and WiFi mesh system put in and couldn’t be happier. Also got a much-needed wire drop to help the workflow for my home office.

The doorbell camera they installed is MUCH better than our previous Ring doorbell. Video resolution is much clearer.

I recently had an NVR I purchased online go out and needed to have it fixed or replaced. I called New Generation Home Pro and they sent someone out to diagnose it. The NVR turned out to be bad so we went ahead and replaced it. We now have all of our cameras up and running and I will be calling them again to add equipment to it later. Shawn was clean cut and professional, he did an amazing job getting all of our concerns taken care of. We are looking forward to working with them in the future.

After years of shoddy, overpriced service from our old alarm company, we were looking to find something different. Happily, I found New Generation Home Pro. They ended up being able to use our pre-wired system that we paid for with the house and not selling us wireless sensors like the last company did. The last company also made us get a second account to cover our mother n law quarters, but New Generation Home Pro was able to cover it with 1 account saving us a lot of money. We also love the fact that we are not stuck in a long term contract anymore. I highly recommend New Generation Home Pro for anything security.
