The folks at New Generation Home Pro are truly top shelf. They installed our CCTV system in our business 3 years ago. I wanted to install special camera to our system to monitor one of our processes in our Cleaners. They came out, evaluated the project, prepared a proposal , ordered the equipment and set a date for install. Prompt on the spot service on all aspects of the project. System works perfectly and came in under budget. There are lots of folks with ladders on their trucks but I haven't found anybody that compares to New Gen !! Glad to give these guys a resounding 5 STAR review.

Absolutely fantastic experience working with New Generation Home Pro. Andrew came by to install two cameras at our office and he really went above and beyond. It was a pleasant experience to have my residential cameras installed. All of my questions were answered and I was not pressured into only being able to use their products. The installation itself was quick and they helped me walk thru how to use the cameras.

New Generation Home Pro

I've recently had 3 - 65" Samsung TV's installed with various mounts thru New Generation Home Pro and it was all turn key that went flawlessly. Before that they did security jobs on 2 properties with 20 cameras that is working perfectly. I have recommended them to friends and business associates and will continue to.

Andrew and Steve installed my new security security system and did a great job. They took the time to properly install all of the cameras and other equipment, adjust the camera angles and train my family on how to use the app's and equipment.

Excellent customer service. They went over and above on customer service, installation and technical assistance in using our new system. The resolution of the cameras is outstanding. We previously contracted with a national brand and had been displeased for years. Unfortunately we bought into a lengthy contract that did not serve our needs.
