We had given up on expecting ‘service’ from the popular ADT provider, so when I spotted the New Generation Home Pro Team working on a neighbor’s home I stopped. I immediately called the company using the contact information on the side of the van. (Lindsey)

The next day the owner and Andrew came to see our home. After an hour or so they left and the very next day we had several options to choose from

We picked out the service bundle we wanted - app, remote operating, new state of the art cameras, etc.

The next week, Andrew and. Co-worker installed our new system, and trained us on how to operate it.

One of the pluses - they were able to integrate much of what our former provider had installed and we had paid for.
