I am very very satisfied with the attention and care I have received at New Concepts Medical.
From scheduling my consultation, to day of check-in, meeting with MY Doctor, coming up with a treatment plan and subsequent checkout....... the staff was approachable, caring, courteous, friendly, professional and understanding. The office is neat, tidy and pleasing to the eye. Have information cards/pamphlets and magazines available to patients and/or caregivers.

Dr. J. Arbusto is a delightful, insightful, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding human being!!! She takes the time to "REALLY LISTEN" to what you have to say. Takes the time to explain process of the options of treatments that may be available to you.

Everyone there was very nice and professional. They did exactly what I needed in a timely manner and it was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be doing business here again.

First of all I meant to give 5 stars bit my giant fingers messed that one up lol. So really is a 5👍👍👍👍👍they are great staff and are always able to add me on last minute doc Joanne Arbusto is a sweetheart and a pleasure to see along with Diane and Valerie andd of course Dr G he's is amazing and countless others who's names aren't clicking in my head at the moment.Sorry for that I have told family and friends when they speak about pain or stiffness to call 297 3200 they won't regret it.

I have found the staff at New Concepts Medical highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. As a new patient, the Doctor's developed a decisive plan for me to follow on my way to recovery. Although my condition is considered on going chronic pain, New Concepts Medical has been by my side addressing any issues in helping me reach my goal of self sufficiency. My experince with New Concepts Medical, PC, has been amazing for the past 6 months. Very hospitable enviorment. A 110% then my previous places i've gone to for chronic pain. Dr. Geoghean is a great man and likes to help out veterans. The front desk is amazing and very knowledgable.
