My son has been attending The Nest for the past two years, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the teachers and administrators. He struggled with reading for a while, and their patience and support helped him reach his reading level. The staff communicates well with parents and is always supportive and attentive.

Ms. Ines was awesome, and my child absolutely loved her. Ms. Betsy has such a calm and nurturing spirit. I truly feel blessed to have found them.

The Nest really feels like a family environment. The owner is very hands-on, and every time I arrive the staff is welcoming, happy, and excited to see the kids. I’m thankful to have found a place where I can trust my child and know he is cared for.

our experience so far has been incredible for our son. He’s in a safe space with a lot of great resources to help his development and grown to a young man from the location. The staff and the amenities is really a great space for any child to develop. in a Montessori environment.

If there’s one thing I’d like to see change or be different, it would be more obstacles or activities outside for the older classroom as there is a lack of play scapes, or any other activities for kids to do and explore during outside time. That’s definitely something that needs to improve because it seems like my son gets bored outside with the lack of Options to play with.

Super friendly staff, amazing location!

Amazing. Every child learns and develops at a different pace and that pace changes as they age. As they learn, flexibility its important to allow for this type of diverse learning but so is routine, discipline, respect and other social communications skills; The Nest is the only place we’ve found that can hit on all these different yet important aspects of childhood development. On top of this world class learning environment, the staff at The Nest work hard to make sure the community they have continues to thrive and grow. I’m honored that my child was able to benefit.

We love this place! Our 2.5 year old has been thriving and learning so much. The staff is super helpful, kind and patient. One of the biggest selling points for us was the food they serve. Not only does it help with one less thing to think about in the morning but our kiddo gets exposed to all sorts of cuisines we may not necessarily have at home and that wa’s important to us. We also love the Spanish integration that happens regularly. Overall we’re super grateful to have found this community.

It's with immense joy and a touch of bittersweet nostalgia that I write this review for The Nest at Anderson Mill. Our daughter, Pearl, recently graduated in May 2025, marking the end of a beautiful three-year journey with this incredible school.

When Pearl first started at The Nest, she was a bright but sometimes shy little girl. Over her three years there, we've witnessed an astonishing transformation. The Montessori approach, combined with the nurturing environment, has allowed Pearl to blossom into a confident, curious, and independent young learner. Her growth, not just academically but also socially and emotionally, has been truly remarkable. We are so grateful for The Nest! We love the teachers and administration; they care so much about creating a supportive environment where all kids thrive. Our daughter is doing so well there and learns so much every single day. They have accommodated all her needs and she has developed so much in a short period with their support. We are excited for our second child to join The Nest in the near future.

My husband and I are so happy with the time we've had at The Nest so far! Our son, Tyler, started here when he was about 7 months old. Now he's 10 months old and he is THRIVING. He loves his teachers and friends. The teachers send regular updates on what they are doing during the day (with pictures!) and are great communicators. Every once in awhile we get a little arts & craft gift from Tyler that he made in school and it makes our day! We can truly tell that his teachers are as obsessed with him as we are.

We absolutely love the teachers at The Nest! They’ve built such a warm, caring relationship with our daughter, and it’s clear she loves going to school and spending time with her teachers and friends every day. The staff really takes the time to truly get to know our whole family, which has made us feel so welcomed and understood!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at The Nest at Anderson Mill! Our son has truly thrived here. The Montessori approach has helped him become more independent and confident, and it’s been amazing to see how much he’s learned and grown in such a short time.

When we moved to the U.S. from abroad, he faced language and cultural challenges and was quite shy. The staff gave him so much individual attention and care during that transition—it made all the difference. He quickly felt comfortable and excited to go every morning, which as a parent is the best feeling.

The Nest has been the perfect place for our son to grow and develop. The entire team has been wonderful and we’re so excited at how much our son has progressed through the last year with communication and expressing himself. It feels like his second home. With the emphasis diversity and inclusion, I could think of a better place to trust for our son’s development. The community is wonderful and we’re looking forward to the day our daughter begins as well.

We are beyond grateful for our experience at The Nest! The care, dedication, and intentionality of the teachers have made such a lasting impact on our son. He has absolutely thrived here—potty trained at 1.5, speaking in multi-word sentences before 2, and growing into a confident leader in his classroom.

The environment is nurturing, structured, and joyful, with teachers who truly see each child and meet them where they are. The owner is incredibly invested and present—her passion for Montessori and early childhood development shines through in everything she does.

We’ve watched our son flourish socially, emotionally, and academically, and we credit so much of that to this school. It's a special place, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly!

As a parent and also as a child development professional who has worked in and with schools for over 20 years, The Nest leadership and their wonderful staff have far exceeded our expectations!
In my opinion, the thing that sets The Nest apart from other schools is that the Owner/ Director is hands on and truly cares about every person in the building – from kids to teachers to parents.

Prior to joining The Nest, our daughter was at a traditional daycare/ preschool where we had experienced frequent staff turnover and poor school communication. This created a school community that was unpredictable and stressful and we knew that our daughter needed a school that provided a caring and consistent environment. The staff and owners here are great! Communication has been good since my son started and I appreciate the attentiveness to detail. My son loves his teacher Ms. Stephanie and enjoys his classmates and comes home a happy boy.

Our daughter has been attending The Nest for over a month now and there are not enough words to say how amazing the team is here! Her teachers, Ms Mandy and Ms Priscilla are more than we could have asked for!! They are so communicative and responsive and it’s obvious how much they care for our daughter. This school has been truly life changing for my family.

Both of my children have ADHD, and my son has Autism. We have had horriable experiences in public school, and other montessori schools.

I was almost about to give up and just homeschool them and figure out finances later.

And then we were blessed with finding this school via recommendation from other parents whom has a great experience here.

Both of my kids have absolutely thrived here. The teachers and admin staff have gone above and beyond for my children, meeting them where they are and guiding them into wonderful directions.

I would recommend this school to ANYONE, because I truly think this school values each child as a individual and helps them blossom into their full potential.

My daughter has attended the Nest at Anderson Mill since last October. We were looking for more than what we were experiencing at her previous school. She has blossomed since being here. At her previous school, we dropped her at the front door and got zero communication other than a parent teacher conference 2x a year and it would just be “she’s doing great!” and that’s it. Here at the Nest, we get great communication, updates, photos, and during our conference Ms. Tiffany spent a solid hour talking to us about my kiddo’s skills, personality, areas to focus on, and I really feel like she genuinely cares about my child’s growth. My child has received the right attention and respect for the first time at The Nest, a home for caring and support.

To make a long story short, my child is a special needs child and Jenn is my guide to The Nest. Shovanda and her team are offering support in every way, like I had nothing else to do until that.

The Nest team had high expectations for a classroom that caters to special needs and designed it accordingly.

I have a sense of being heard and being addressed our needs, as well as being a great place to learn.

My prayer is that God will continue to bless The Nest team, giving them the strength to continually improve and expand their branches.
