Tiara, Jennifer and Brie were here this morning to do our initial cleaning with this service. They were friendly, accommodating, capable, knowledgeable and energetic. They took our home from ignored to shining. We would love to have them clean for us again and they seemed happy to work here again.

My house was a total disaster after having the tile floor removed and then the concrete ground + sanded from my kitchen subfloor in my house. Everything from floor to ceiling was coated in a thick concrete dust! What a disaster!!! I gave these fine people a call. They showed up on time. Sunny and her coworker were very professional and polite. Worked nonstop for four and a half hours. They worked very hard and did a very nice job. I was so impressed I already have them booked to do more work for me!! Happy customer to say the least!!

Becky and Christopher did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning our home. I would request them for every clean! Kind and detail oriented, they did a beautiful job. I'm honestly shocked at how much they accomplished in the few hours they were here, and the quality of their work was awesome!

I used Nepa Cleaning Pros because I was given a gift certificate around Christmas. I had no expectations because it was something I knew nothing about. I was very very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness, professional attitude, and quality service I received. At the end of my service I rebooked another deep clean for my home for the following month. I was very pleased! Two thumbs up!

Friendly staff, professional cleaning, the whole process from beginning to end was very easy and pleasant!

The communication is excellent. Jamie, Erin and Ashley were good at what they do. They arrived a few minutes early and just got straight to work. We asked for a deep clean before we moved out. They were careful with our landlords' property and our personal items.

The only thing is that there were a couple of missed areas. The top of the fridge and a couple of baseboards weren't cleaned. Also, they told us that the inside of the oven wouldn't be cleaned but they didn't say that the microwave wouldn't. However, the inside of the microwave also was not cleaned. Since we spent so much money, this was a little disappointing.

NEPA and crew do a fantastic job of cleaning my home. I have hardwood floors throughout and the police is sparkling by the time they leave. I would highly recommend them For all your cleaning services!

I had Sunny and Tracy come twice for reno clean up. The first time they cleaned the back section of the house as almost like a pre-deep clean so we could start moving things back into the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a relief to have areas with no dust finally and they’re so friendly and do an amazing job. They came a 2nd time for the deep clean even though we still aren’t done and it was so nice to come home to a home and not a construction site! 😂 Everything looked fantastic and we could finally see out of our windows and move more stuff back in!! Once the reno is completely done, I will definitely have Sunny and Tracy back for the final clean before moving everything back in! They’re worth every penny and more! And they seriously move everything when they’re cleaning. They’re the real deal!!! 🙌🏻 Many thanks!!!!

They did an amazing job with our deep clean. Did not cut any corners and even stayed later than scheduled to make sure they got everything done. Sunny is super responsive to every call and text. Would def recommend!

Sunny is very responsive and was able to fit me in to do a Deep Clean immediately when I asked. This was my first experience with a cleaning service and I was very pleasantly surprised! I signed on to do the bi-weekly maintenance as well!
