Our service tech, Keith, was prompt and courteous. He was very detailed in explaining the services and products that Nature's Way uses. We are looking forward to the service provided by Nature's Way. Their warranty is an added feature that we have never been offered before by a pest company.

I moved to the North Country about a year ago. I am very happy with the services Nature's Way provides. I've had some pest issues including a carpenter ant infestation that were all immediately addressed and rectified. I highly recommend them and in particular the employee that usually services my property, Chris Reed.

This is the only pest control service I've ever used but we are happy enough that we won't try another. Jeff is always the guy who comes and he is great - friendly, courteous and accommodating.

Dave of Nature's Way Pest Control was very helpful, and friendly, and knowledgeable about our mouse problem. He was thorough and took the time to search our house inside and outside for access points, nests, and so on, and provided us with sensible explanations and alternatives. With home services, time is always a great indicator of whether the service was good or not. Last year, I went to my screened in porch to find thousands of flying ants. When I called Nature's Way, they were all dead, so I said... "guess I don't need you". The employee explained that the swarmers were mating, and that based on the thousands and thousands of dead swarmers, we had a pretty big hive. Later that day, we did see more ants, and boy did we see more, so they sprayed. The ants went away. It's now a year later and we've seen a total of 8 ants in three months. We've signed on for a maintenance plan as we also have bees and wasps near the pool. I decided to call Natures Way Pest control after I kept noticing hornets coming from under my back deck. Now this came as a huge concern to me because I have two young children that are always playing in the back yard. But after a friend of mine got stung while we were doing some yard work, I knew I had to do something so no one else got stung, especially the kids or their friends. I called Natures Way and they explained to me that these things weren't just any hornets they were ground hornets making their nest under my deck. They have done a good job ridding us of mice. They explain what they are doing and what we can do to help ourselves.

They've come twice to eliminate mice in our house. Very nice, fast, and on time. Plus...no mice! Definitely going to keep using them.
