Nature's Way Pest Control Company provides excellent service. I was pleased with the service last year and I am renewing my contract for this year. I have been satisfied with the service and the product that was applied for tick and mosquito control.

Eddie came to my house and was professional and polite. He did a great job checking all the traps. I would recomend the company to friends and family.

Our experience with Nature's Way and Dustin has been extremely good. Prior to Dustin's regular visits and bait treatments we had mice that at certain times of the year would trigger and fill all of our numerous snap traps. Now we don't have to bother with that nuisance and have no longer have traces of mice.
Dustin is always there when he schedules an appointment and we feel we can count on him if something special is required.

We had a bad mouse problem. We tried to handle it ourselves with the usual traps. But before we knew it we were overrun with mice. We called Natures Way and they sent Jim out. Had Jim M. come out to do a specific pest inspection recently related to a real estate transaction required and he was very thorough and explained everything he was looking for in great detail. Pleased that we were pest free and did not need anything further. However will not hesitate to call them for future needs!!! Highly recommend! Ask for Jim!

Overall great service. The girls at the office are very helpful and attentive. The technicians are great. My only reservation is with the long term prices for service.

I love Nature’s Way Pest Control! They have been servicing my house for two years. They spray the exterior of my house monthly and James is always eager to answer questions and help out with pest issues! James is also polite and courteous each visit and checks in to see if there are any critter issues that have come up...the best part is that the spray they use isn’t harmful to my family! Wonderful!

Originally we had a carpenter ant problem. They managed to control that and I am now on a maintenance program. I feel bugs belong on the outside and with the help of Shawn Elms, who in my opinion is the best, he manages to do that.. They come on time and if there is a problem between services they make a special trip to control situations before they get out of hand. I highly recommend this company.

The service was prompt, within 24 hours of my call to them. Jim was knowledgeable , explaining the process of treating and removing a yellow jacket nest. Though there are still quite a few flying around (1 hour after the service) he assured me they will eventually leave. I am glad for Nature's Way 30 day warranty to take care of further yellow jacket problems if that should reoccur.
