This is the second year I have used Nature's Way. Eddie came out today and did the cedar smelling spray to prevent the fall insects from coming indoors. It really made a difference last year.

Fun fact: Yellowjackets are mean. Had som Yellowjackets going into my house. Rick came out and discovered them in my upper soffit. He did a great job removing some of the soffit pieces and taking out the nest. Put it back on like it was new again. I was surprised when i saw the different life stages after he dissected the nest. Ill be covered the rest of the year and next as well. Thanks buddy.

Had 4 estimates lined up for my carpenter ant problem, Natures Way came out first. Wasnt hesitant to go with option one. Met Rick. Probably the coolest service person to ever walk thru my door. By the end of it he walked out with a bag full of carpenter ant eggs. Check mate. Also covers multiple pests at a low price for the monthly visits.

My husband and I have been very pleased with the service we’ve received from Nature’s Way. We love that they use essential oil based products instead of the toxic chemicals that other companies use; we used a different company last year, and whenever they would spray for bees, we had to evacuate for a few hours. We also love the fact that Nature’s Way offers competitive pricing, and prioritizes customer service. Lucas has gone above and beyond to serve our family by calling before he arrives, offering to reschedule when it was raining, (other companies refused to do this for us in the past) and was just all-around kind and professional. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for an effective, non-toxic solution to bees and pests.

Excellent experience. Thorough consultation from Rick Roseberger and when we didn’t understand a few items and thought things were missed by the tech. The company quickly responded and Rick came back himself and did the complete job over. He patiently explained what was done to my wife and I. Super friendly and you can tell he has passion for getting rid of the bugs we didn’t want around. I will use Rick for all our pest control needs from now on.

Eddie saved the day by swinging by for an interior spray after the exterior had already been done-he was very thorough and patient, as I added a couple of areas of concern for him to check on while he was around.

My carpenter ants were horrible, had a few here and there but thought nothing of it. Came home and had hundreds everywhere. Coming out of my ceiling in my kitchen. Called Natures Way and Rick came out to my home. He checked around and was incredibly knowledgeable, very up beat and love what he does it seems. He quickly found where they were in my ceiling. Huge ones too. I couldn't believe it. Im so glad I called. He even found them crawling up my garage and into my attic. Such a blessing to not have as many now. Thank you so much.

So i work as a relator in the eastern part of New York. Not a current customer but I must write this. Rick came to a home and was extremely professional. Incredibly nice and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. Carried himself very well. Patient and even answered my questions. Ill definitely be contacting for my home and my clients homes. First appointment went very well. From the ladies in the office scheduling to get out to assess the situation to having Rick come by and given me a very thorough inspection. All the details were laid out without any further questions. Got started. Carpenter ants came pouring out my basement flooring. We were so excited.
