Staff are friendly, helpful and informed. Matt, the technician who visits monthly, is efficient, very nice (to my dogs, too) and always respectful of me and my home. I have had problems with a variety of pests, and they have all been controlled without my having to worry about steering clear of toxic chemicals. I have been using Nature’s Way Pest Control for a few years now to control our yellow jackets. They come as scheduled and last year we had a bees nest that was in our foundation which required numerous applications. Nature’s Way kept coming until the issue was resolved without additional cost as we are on the maintenance plan. Recently we had a problem with a squirrel getting into our roof. I called Nature’s Way and they immediately sent Austin Zweck to check it out. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did above and beyond to resolve the problem and the price was reasonable. I also like that use eco friendly products as we have dogs. I would highly recommend Nature’s Way Pest Control.
