We have been hearing a noise in a couple of spots in the house and we frequently see wasps in the backyard, even against the house and around the soffit. We thought they were in the walls. Dustin came out to our house to give us a consult (no charge, btw) and evaluated the site and said it is much more likely we have a squirrel in the attic. 13 years here and we have never even had any evidence of mice or rats but he has me convinced that its a squirrel. He said to watch around dawn or dusk for it leaving the house and once they know what type it is they can send someone out for an appropriate response.

He didn't try to pressure a sale or some action and just informed. He was able to clearly articulate his reasoning and in the end I decided I will likely use them for some other seasonal pest maintenance that I asked about. The office staff on the phone were very friendly...

He happily addressed every little nook and cranny that I showed him. We live in the woods and for the first time in the 7 years we’ve lived here the bugs stay outside where they belong.
