Bill came right on time and was extremely pleasant. He heard me out about my recent concerns regarding carpenter ants, but more importantly, yellow jackets nesting on the exterior of my home. Bill knows of my severe allergies of bees, so he took this matter very serious. Besides checking our termites, and doing the usual spray, Bill removed a grapefruit sized bees nest, keeping me out of harm's way and recommended someone to help take care of the woodwork we needed to remove to get to said nest. I couldn't be happier with today's service. I certainly recommend Nature's Way Pest Control.

This company was totally responsive to our urgent need in dealing with an ant problem inside of our house. The tech, Bill arrived within a couple of hours from my initial call. He was very thorough and treated areas inside and out. He located the main source of entry. He gave us a lot of information about the sugar ants inside our home and another variety outside. We are hopeful that within a few days, our problem will be resolved . We will contract with them monthly for preventative measures. Thank you Nature’s Way!

The technician, Ryan, was knowledgeable and effective. He answered my questions thoroughly and took care of my Yellowjacket problem quickly.

Austin was extremely helpful! He thoroughly explored the attic and investigated our report, finding carpenter bees. He was prepared already to handle the problem and removed all of the bees from our attic, including a limited warranty on the service if they returned. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing pest control.

Garret is my exterminator and does a great job . He is always on time. He fixed the carpenter bee problem and haven’t seen any in over a year. Carpenter ants are taken care of. In the spring and summer the house and eves are sprayed for bugs and wasps. I would highly recommend them.
