We have been working with nature's way for a year now. We did the monthly treatments for mice and carpenter ants. Matt was always prompt and professional. At the end of the year we agreed to do the copper mesh and foam fill ins for any cracks or holes to prevent the critters from coming back. Pricing was very reasonable for the job done and we are very happy with the work done.

We recently purchased a house that is known to have termite issues. We called Nature's Way Pest Control for an inspection for the termites as well as other potential insect related issues. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions. Last week, Bill came out to perform our first service and install the termite traps. He was professional and friendly, answering our questions and performing the service quickly. He also gave us a comprehensive run down of the exact services he performed before he left, while wearing a mask and following COVID-19 protocols. Our overall experience has been excellent.

I would highly recommend this company. They answered the phone on the second ring, they showed up within 2 hours of me calling, they sprayed and took care of my problem right away, they have me on a warm weather monthly plan just like I wanted, and their price is very reasonable.

Ryan was the technician. He new what to look for and how to remedy the problem. Professional and friendly. This was the first treatment of the service but so far so good. He cleared some bees nests and spiders today along with setting the mice traps.
