We were being harassed by Hornets and Jim came, put on his "Bee Suit" climbed a ladder and bagged up a nest the size of a grapefruit! I wish I would have taken video...Would recommend highly!

We've been using Nature's Way for almost a year, and have been extremely happy with their responsiveness and effectiveness. Dustin is always on time and is happy to explain what needs doing, and he does a great job.

Great experiences so far. Quickly and easily took care of a wasp nest in my wall and I’ve used their monthly service for a year now to maintain and prevent future issues. Had a sudden ant problem as well which they were super responsive & helpful with. Great value for the services provided. Love that they don’t use harsh and dangerous chemicals as i have cats & dogs in the home.

Honestly this is the third time Dustin’s been here. He’s always kind, efficient and incredibly nice to our cats. I’ve now recommended you to three people but ultimately he’s the reason why. Vermont is a very large area and I’ve heard from a few others in Shaftesbury and Arlington who’ve all had the similar experience

We had a family of woodchuck living under our deck. I called, Austin was here with traps on the afternoon of June 8, 2021 during a down pouring rain storm. He set the traps and advised us to call when there was a catch. The next morning we had one, than two. I called the office Austin was here in no time. Later in the afternoon we had the largest one trapped. I called again and Austin returned. Austin is very professional, friendly and helpful.
