Customerservice was efficient respectfully and time wise with making appointments, asking helpful questions as well as answering my questions. The technician was outstanding in completing the massive dangerous hive removal thoroughly and addressed clarifying all concerns I had-Very thankful!

This was Nature’s Way first treatment on our house. They showed up at the designated time, called to alert us first, explained everything they were doing and seemed knowledgeable. I am pleased to learn that they will come out between appointments if we see any bugs.
