Nature's Way has been so good to me. I was a little hesitant initially as these Millipedes and pill bugs started to become obnoxious and I needed to find some help. Organics and natural products are important to me but for bugs.....i was not sure if it would be the right fit and be effective. The technician came and offered to start out with an initial whole house one time appointment with option to continue. Within a week the numbers of bugs went down and at end of another barely saw them. Kept up their service since! They are so flexible and the phone staff are awesome people. We do still work withing a few hour approximation of appt time....but that is truly acceptable when the service takes a few moments but keeps on working hard.
