Pros: making my initial appointment and moving it when it became necessary went smoothly. When the technician arrived, he was respectful of my home and what we needed done. He also took the time to explain how far apart appointments would need to be and the process he was using.

Con: communication from the office could improve. I originally had an 8am-12pm window; at 11:30 I called to ask for an ETA and was told my appointment was moved to an afternoon window and no one had called me, which was frustrating because I had already been waiting all morning.
