Dustin came to my house, was polite, thorough and professional throughout. He met with my neighbor since I couldn't be there in person, then spent 45 minutes going over all the services and the specific needs of every inch of our antique, rambling Vermont house. He was very knowledgeable and made a good impression on my neighbor as well, who found him to be "conscientious." I have not started service yet, but do look forward to a good relationship and keeping the house safe from pests.

Dustin was punctual, quick to manage the situation, and was clear on what to expect after the treatments. I called a LOT of exterminators, and Nature’s Pest was the best on all accounts (customer service, cost, treatment, etc). We will be using Nature’s Pest for the foreseeable future!
