Our technician, Dustin, is very knowledgeable. He’s a delightful guy, always prompt and professional. He’s provided us with extra tips on ridding drain flies, ladybug infestations, etc, that have worked!
At one time our dog got into a closet and came out chewing a mouse bait station. I was frantic with concern that she could have ingested some of the poison that may have fallen out. Unable to reach someone at their office, I contacted Dustin directly. He was able to tell me what the product was, and what treatment could be required if necessary. He was calm, reassuring, and informative. He explained what signs of poisoning to look for, and (although extremely unlikely)what antidote could be needed from the vet.
Dustin followed up with us later to see how our dog was doing. We’ve appreciated his attentive thoughtfulness.
