Recently had a great experience with Lee. She came to our house to give us an estimate for a carpenter ant problem. She was very honest and told us we probably didn't need the company's services at this time. She gave us some recommendations for how to deal with the root cause of our pest situation, which didn't involve what the company does. This kind of honesty and integrity is hard to come by. I'm very impressed. If we ever do need pest control this company will be the first people we call!

Quick, efficient, professional, and reputable! My husband and I called on a Friday due to noise in our crawl space of our house. They were able to come by the following Tuesday, no questions asked. She estimated that a squirrel got up there, so although she was not equipped to safely trap and handle that day, she gave many suggestions for how to handle it.

Quality of service is second to none. Issues with rodents went down immediately and Elder Bug beetle problems were drastically affected by the service. Very happy with my experience. Lee in particular has been incredible every visit. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

They are WONDERFUL! We moved in one year ago to a home that had an incredilbe mouse problem. Lee came right over and got us on a monthly plan that we noticed starting working right away. Lee and her partner were simply amazing when they visited last summer (August 2018). They were friendly and professional (and conversant with our toddler, a bonus customer service approach), Most of all, Lee was reassuring about factors which would make us more or less likely to experience a carpenter ant or termite infestation. It was very educational and also a FREE assessment which so impressed me.

I have worked with several pest control companies and have never received the excellent service provided by Nature’s Way. Lee is not only kind but extremely knowledgeable , going above and beyond her job description.

I had a pretty serious infestation with mice; we were catching at least 2-3 a day in my basement and godninky knows how many more there were that we didn’t catch with snap traps. I called Nature’s way and they sent Lee and her coworker out (sorry I forgot his name). They did a thorough inspection of my house and the paremeter and set up bait stations outside and inside. After one month, a couple of the bait stations outside were completely eaten. We ended up also having some rats visit us who eventually ended up dying from eating the bait as well. It has been six weeks, and I have yet to see a dead mouse or any evidence of any mice hanging around. Lee is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Their services are pretty much guaranteed too. Do yourself a favor and end your problems with unwanted visitors by calling these guys. 🐁 🐭
