Nature's way has been servicing our house since the fall of 2020. So far the services have proven to be worthwhile and our bug and insect situation here inside the home as greatly decreased. They have also set up some exterior traps to help keep down the mice and rat population near our home.

Joel went above and beyond in assessing and treating the rodent problem in my house. He was knowledgeable and graciously responded
to my questions.

Josh was great, super knowledgeable, friendly, and got down and dirty in our cabin, exposing places we had no idea that mice could get into. He then used safe methods of preventing their access into the cabin, and we have been mice free ever since. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend these folks enough!! I had yellow-jackets chewing their way into my guest bedroom out of the blue and was half-ready to torch place and start over. Other services had given me the run-around costing me valuable time and hours at work waiting on them, but Nature's Way delivered on every promise made and sent someone next-day.

Their technician Bill was a true professional. He took care of the problem quickly and was happy to let me watch the process from a safe distance. He answered all of my questions and took great care to keep any mess to a minimum. I will be a lifelong customer that is for sure!

Unlike other pest control companies, nature’s way came out to inspect the property and issue before quoting a price. Josh was prompt, thorough and wanted to do a good job. Without delay they made time to remove and add insect netting to our attic to deter anymore insect entry. I feel confident we will not have any more issues with wasps in our attic! Thank you!

I am very happy with my experience at Nature's Way Pest Control. Their customer service on the phone and in person during the actual appointment was very professional. They were able to schedule an appointment right away for me when I called and they have been willing to work with my schedule for follow up appointments. The tech, Jen, also took the time to point out a small leak in my basement that I did not see which I was very grateful for. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We just had Lee stop by for an estimate. She’s so friendly (very patient even with questions from my 4 children!), knowledgeable and even got rid of a tiny new Yellowjacket nest that just appeared on our front porch! Highly recommend!
