After setting traps around the interior and exterior of the house, they also plugged possible points of entry outside. I haven't had any more rodents since I signed up for the monthly maintenance plan. The tech even helped with mice in my shed. He is on time and efficient. Also friendly and takes the time to explain what he is doing.
