I do not feel it is necessary to review every time they service my home.

I had asked Nature’s Way to please send the same person each time so I would not have to repeat my issues over and over again. They have honored my request and I have been very pleased with the way things have been handled so far. I live in a log home and some of my issues are that I don’t have full Sheetrock and feel the need to kind of know where the product is being placed and show the technician ways in which the carpenter ants can and have been traveling around the logs. Technician Shawn has been wonderful to work with. He listens and answers all my questions and concerns. And has done his best to be thorough on the inside of my home.
