I appreciate the products they use being safe for my pets, and they have been effective so far! They have a monthly plan for our issue that is reasonably priced as well. We love Nature's Way. We love the product but what makes it a great company is people like their technician Richie! He is one of the kindest people you will meet and does a great job. He always texts us when he's on his way so that we know when he will be arriving due to our overly excited beagle. You couldn't ask for better service!

This is our second year using this monthly service for tick control, which runs April through October of each year. I like that the same technician has been servicing us for two years. Dustin is very responsive, always arrives on the scheduled day and explains what to expect from the treatment. Living in what is known as the tick capital of the world (Bennington County, VT), I'm happy to say that each year, after the second treatment is applied, we haven't seen any ticks.

Richie is very good about checking everything and taking care of any unexpected problems that come up. Have used the service for over a year now. Pleased with response time and quality of the work.

We have used Nature's Way for many, many years to prevent carpentar ants from entering our home. We live in the woods, and there has never been an ant nest inside our house again, ever since we began using their service. They prevent the problem from developing and come promptly if we begin seeing ants gathering around the foundation. They are the most humane and also the best pest control service we have ever tried. And their staff is wonderful. They are always thoughtful, thorough, informative, and caring in their work. They genuiniely care about their clients.
