I initially brought to Dr. Furtado six ongoing health concerns. Over time they have all been resolved in ways that continue to benefit me. As new ones arise she is unfailingly thoughtful, thorough, skilled, professional, understanding and kind in guiding me. While I appreciate my conventional doctor's particular expertise, I can’t express deeply enough how grateful I am that Dr. Furtado is my primary medical professional. She has an enormous depth of knowledge of the whole human system is tireless in questioning and analyzing what is happening at the deepest level; imagining, evaluating and offering possible approaches; and listening, always, to my questions and concerns. Sadly, this seems rare in frontline patient care and I am so glad to have Dr. Furtado in my life.
