I went down to their HQ just outside of Nashville for one of their new company classes. Everyone was incredibly friendly and treated me and any problems I had like I was just as important as a mega carrier. They’ve got a life long member.

I had my fuel card compromised. Erik, with NASTC, helped out greatly. Within a week, I had my money credited to my account. It’s nice knowing NASTC is there for the small guy. The fraud was over $1,000.

By far the best deal out there. Bar none

The two departments O have dealt with most Fuel and Pre Pass. Rosie and Eric in the Fuel department are a mountain of knowledge and information and Stacie in the Pre Pass office works tirelessly to resolve any problems I have caused!

Fuel, education, compliance...insurance, there are many things a small trucking company needs to keep up with and it makes sense to involve a partner to handle what you cannot or do not want to. I've had the opportunity to speak with several different team members here and all of them are professional and kind!

I like NASTC but it is cost prohibitive as I am paying to much for the savings it is not saving me alot as the monthly charge of $38.00 and yearly $300.00 and the monthly card fee does not equal the savings. Your competitors discounts are significantly more than yours right now.
