Naples Vitality

Naples Vitality proved to be a very worthwhile experience in my journey to optimal health. I am a Registered Nurse and have always been interested in nutrition and holistic health but always had some areas that were vague, like which supplements were best absorbed and best suited for my particular needs. I have always had negative side effects when taking supplements before but not anymore.
I learned so much from Stephanie, the nutritionist with whom I met on zoom calls weekly. She was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about everything!! The recipes provided made eating healthy a breeze! In three months, I lost 20 lbs while rarely feeling deprived, or hungry. My cholesterol went from 259 to 197 in just 3 months! My blood work results went from out of normal range to optimal range in many areas. I can’t say enough good things about the team. Dr King reached out to me personally when I had questions during the detox phase. They are truly on a mission to educate and guide participants to optimal health. The program takes a holistic approach, incorporating, mind and body with relaxation techniques, simple exercise programs, healthy eating suggestions with great recipes and added supplements. I was skeptical at first as I’m not a wealthy woman but this program was worth every penny to me. It was highly organized and presented in a way that was very easy to understand and absorb. I’m very happy I did this for myself, and I highly recommend the program for anyone interested in moving toward optimal health!
