Naples Vitality

I am 69 years old. I have just finished my second month of a 6 month program with Naples Vitality. The first 30 days were the "heal your gut " phase of the program and the second 30 were the "detox" phase of the program. I have been very impressed with the program, Dr. King, his team and my personal health coach Stephanie. They both are supportive and amazingly knowledgeable. When I started the program I was tired much of the time, had brain fog and often took long naps. I also had digestive issues and some significant skin issues and arthritis in my hands. During these last two months my brain fog has slowly been improving to the point that I'm no longer taking naps. The skin issues on my upper torso began fading towards the end of the first 30 days which is the "heal your gut phase" and they have now all but disappeared. I have learned much about proper diet, nutrition, hydration, the importance of sleep, daily exercise and much more. I still have challenges to overcome but I look forward to the next four months and continued improvements my health, fitness and overall vitality.
