The first thing Naples Vitality did was Slowly introduce new eating habits as they coached me through why I needed to change my way of eating. Tracking your progress with necessary lab testing and tracking your results throughout the entire process. I needed special lab testing which to my surprise was included in the cost of the programme. This programme is a no brainer. I felt my body failing me and Dr. King and his team listened and responded. I learnt how to make better choices and eat healthier as well as the importance of exercise. I also learnt about the different types and categories of foods to eat.
