My husband and I had heard about Dr. Linell King from a business associate who had worked with him and his staff for months. The reviews were so wonderful we figured we owed it to ourselves to explore. Literally a week or so after we heard about him we received an invitation in the mail to attend one of his presentations. I went along and was very impressed by his background, knowledge, experience and approach to overall health care. I persuaded my husband to meet with Dr. King and he agreed. Update from last posting. We are thrilled by the continued help we get from Naples Vitality. They never give up on us in our desire to make our lifestyle help our bodies thrive the way God designed us to thrive and enjoy long days, not just surviving, but living abundant lives.

We are now more than six months into our program and when we got away from FL, up north in MN for the summer, and didn’t stay consistent with doing our module work, we had a hard time sustaining our new protocol of trying to avoid foods sensitivities from leaky gut.

Our blood tests showed that I had reactions to all the veggies tested and even healthy things like salmon and coconut oil and avocado, but Dr. King and our coach Jessica did not shame us for our poor choices while traveling home, going to movie houses with popcorn and candy and eating state fair food.

I have been a patient for approximately 1 year. My doctor has taken me off of my diabetes medication, my high blood pressure medication, my acid reflux medication, and my opioid pain medication. This experience has been extraordinary. I started the program with a lot of questions. I had diabetes, high blood pressure, acid reflux, and a great deal of pain. All of which required prescription medication. I did not understand how the program would enable me to reduce my medication. Well, now I understand what Dr. King and his wonderful staff was telling me. Gradually over the past six months, I have eliminated my medication one at a time. I am no longer diabetic; I no longer have high blood pressure; I don't have acid reflux; and, my pain has been reduced from taking 4 pain pills and 8 nerve pills to 1 pain pill and 2 nerve pills as needed. I undertook Dr. King's program because I wanted to lose weight and feel better -- not just feel better about the way I looked, but also to simply just feel better. Dr. King's program emphasizes the idea of a lifestyle change. In other words, this is not a diet. The goal is to change the way we think about food and health, rather than briefly alter our diet before returning to our previous diet/lifestyle.
