Initially I was a little reluctant to sign up for the program. After a short meeting with Dr King my girlfriend and I decided to give it a shot. We are so glad we did. I am sure there is a lot of science behind the plan but the structure of it all was made so simple. The why behind each step is explained in as much or as little detail as you want to read. The format of the program included reading material, links to more resources and short interesting instructional videos. There are pleasant emails reminding you to view your next instructive module that help keep you on track. All of the mechanics for the program are well planned and well executed but what had the biggest impact was the staff. Dr King has clearly selected and developed a professional staff of like minded healthcare professionals. They all serve a specific need within the plan and do it well. We completed the program 6 months ago and the positive results still remain. We committed to the program to reduce aches and pains and regain energy and we have done both while losing some weight as well. I recommend Naples Vitality to anyone who is interested in making sustainable changes to improve their quality of life.
