I have worked for NOTG on and off for ten years and have always had a positive experience. Every family hasn't been a fit, but I have only had professional and positive experiences.

Being a part of the nanniesonthego team has been such a blessing in my life! I have been an employee of theirs for 3 years now, which almost seems silly to say, because through this time they’ve become more like a family to me. Personally, from a nannies point of view, I can say that Kylie, Sharon, Bethany, and Cassie have been so gracious to work around my schedule while I am away at college, or back in the DFW area looking for a family, church, daycare, etc. in need of assistance. I’ve worked for some of the nicest families who are actually still a part of my life today (love keeping in contact with families to see how fast their kiddos are growing up, because when you’re working for a family every day they really become an important part of your life!) and continue to meet so many new incredible people. I've been babysitting/Nannying for about 11 years and worked for nannies for 7 years. This has been one of my best Job/Experience I've had. I've been in the childcare industry for awhile before becoming apart of nannies on the go and it was the single best decision I made.

Even though they can't guarantee a placement it happened in less than a week of being accepted as part of the team. Highly recommend it. Gives a peace of mind for the nanny as well.
