Nadim's Downtown

I am giving this place a two star on the simple fact that I was told on multiple occasions (Last week and the week prior) that they had a designated fryer for their falafel and other non meat products. Today, I go in and I was told that they do not have a designated fryer and that things do get contaminated. I attempted to inform her that I was told on multiple occasions over the past couple weeks which is upsetting! I AM STRICTLY VEGAN SO THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!! Just when I thought this was a place I could depend on to do me right, NOPE! Disappointing!

EDIT: After receiving a response from the owner and a personal call regarding the issue! I was informed that he would look into it to make sure it does not happen again. Even if they never get another fry later, I happy knowing that he took this matter seriously because that says a lot about the integrity of a person which...

It was amazing ! We loved the total experience : all the food , great waitress , we went rushed , atmosphere was very nice . I will be honest , we were a bit skeptic with this restaurant in downtown . We are going back.

Went to Nadim's for the 1st time. I asked for a table away fro the cold door and the hostess Jade immediately moved us to the back where it was warmer,. Our server was Ella. One of the best server we have ever had. Her explanations and descriptions of the food were great. Every bit of food was fantastic. Lamb steak and mashed potatoes were incredible. We will definitely go back again.Was fun and delicious to try all the new appetizers Ella suggested.

Excellent food and service, great location and atmosphere.
Especially greatful they let us bring our emotional support dog in. We had got locked out of our car and were meeting friends for there for lunch.

Tabouli, kafta kebob, lamb, the pita, the garlic butter. All delicious. Service is great and the food is even better. Have been going there since they were on Main St some 19 years ago.

Went for the first time last night. Great service and Fantastic food. I had the Lamb Steak it was perfectly prepared try it with Nadim's rice. Very good. My wife had the Shrimp she loved it. I had only one issue. Our table had one uneven leg so cutting meat leaning forward was unnecessaryl exciting. But a great experience we will return.

U first time eating here and was very pleased with the food. I love middle eastern food and this was great. It is in Springfield MA so may not go again unless I am up there.

The decor was as beautiful as ever. Clean and low lit environment. Very modern design. Reminds me of a swanky Manhattan lounge because of the darker decor.The food. Yes, please. I usually get the lamb shish kebab with mediterranean rice and an extra side of Veggies. I prefer my lamb cooked medium and it's always perfect and full of flavor. The rice and veggies are seasoned and so full of flavor.
