10 passenger limo for our anniversary. Everything was on time and clean driver was on call by cell phone and we ended up using the limo for another 45 minutes past the 3 hour contract. No problems but make sure you have cash or credit card with you as I was told before hand
Our ride was short but if you have a longer ride you can bring your own refreshments

Planning and follow up was efficient. Would use them again if I ever need a limo again
