Not sure about the one star below, but we had exceptional service, call backs, emails, 24/7 support and planning for our combo bachelor/bachelorette party bus limo for 17 people. The bus was beautiful, clean and fun. And I did talk to Michelle who was very nice and helpful. Our driver Joe was awesome. We had multiple pickups and drop offs and as long as you provide the addresses to the company ahead of time, it truly helps with mapping out the night and saving time. Joe worked with us to ensure we stuck to our time frame and made adjustments as needed. He was very flexible with changes. Our experience was truly 5 star. Thank you.

I just wanted to give kudos to the driver "Victor" you provided for me on Sat. 10/04/14 from 10:15pm to 4:00am for my daughters birthday. He was punctual, very professional, with a sense of humor and the patience of a saint. I was a little uneasy at first (nothing against the driver but as being an over protective parent) after talking with him he gained my trust and I felt at ease. I will definitely recommend your company for anyone looking for car service/limos and tell them to request Victor as their driver.

Used their service for a Birthday Celebration on August 9, 2014 and I was beyond pleased with the service. There were no additional charges just the rate that was discussed with Nancy. My driver Gina was FANTASTIC!! She called to let me know she was on her way and arrived 30 minutes early. She offered to help carry some of our items to the limo and most important she was PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and PATIENT during the entire day with a group of 18 women who had been drinking all day! We left items in the limo at the venue that were needed and when I texted her she volunteered to bring the items inside so that I would not have to leave out. At the end of the night she thanked me for using their services and then followed up with a text message to say Happy Birthday and that she enjoyed being our driver for the day.
