They came on time to pick us. The drive shawn was very gentle, respectful and helpful. He helped us in and out of the limo. Overall the service was great and I will use them again and recommend them to anyone interested.

Extraordinar Limousine was so accommodating with our hectic scheduling. They provided guidance and exceptional service. We would use them again.

What an amazing night! We used the 32 passenger limo bus to tour Christmas lights. Our driver Kim was beyond amazing. She was so professional and nice. Kim made our night an absolute blast, can't thank her enough. Will definitely be making this a yearly tradition.

I cannot say enough positive things about the absolutely incredible experience I had with Extraordinaire. The transportation logistics had me concerned the moment my daughter mentioned she would like to get married in DC.

I’ll start with the minute I received a quote from them. I had no idea what to do about transportation in DC for a wedding. Jenn gave me multiple options, explained them all and never made me feel like it was anything other than her pleasure to assist me.

Two days before the wedding, my daughter and I became worried about the number of guests needing transportation. About the same time we were freaking out about this the owner, yes the owner of the company randomly called to confirmed details - something he said they do consistently to provide superior service! I've used Extraordinar for a couple of years now and am still so impressed with their customer service. The staff is always courteous. I've never had a problem with scheduling or drivers being late. In fact, my customers comment on how nice and professional all the drivers have been. I definitely recommend this company for any transportation needs. They are so easy to work with, making changes as needed...even last minute. Thank you for taking such good care of my customers!

I have recently become familiar with An Extraordinar Limousine and have been very impressed. They take great care on maintaining their vehicles and have a wide selection of limousines, party buses and motor coaches. If you have never seen the inside of one of these, you should. They are impressive and make you feel special and important, like a VIP.

We just booked our holiday light tour for the fourth year in a row with them! They've accommodated many of our out-of-town family and friends for different occasions; and our friends just booked a limo for their daughter's wedding in the spring!! We reserved a limo for a birthday party on the 12th, and the driver John showed up with balloons and birthday banner as a surprise for our daughter!! Keep up the good works guys, we will continue to use Extraordinar!

Wow, wow....wow. I can't believe how wonderful our driver Sherry was. She went out of way to give all who didn't have a written schedule for our return today to our hotel. We have been doing these boat shows for years. The professional, caring, bright, & cheery lady made our day so special. I hope to see her all weekend and the next go around! Thank you!!!!

Last Saturday, An Extraordinair Limousine, Inc. transported 9 of my friends and myself to an event. What a wonderful experience. Your driver, Frank could not have been more courteous, helpful and on top of everything for the entire 12 hours he was with us. This is the only way to travel to an event. It gives you time to enjoy the company of the people you are with, get there relaxed and not have to worry about the drive home. Beats going in 2 or 3 cars. Thank you and I will definitely use An Extraordinar Limousine again!

Great limo buses and very accommodation

We used three vehicles to get our wedding party to the church and reception and one shuttle to move our guests from the hotel to the reception and back. The best things you can say about a critical component of your wedding is that you did not have to worry about them. With An Extraordinar, we did not. They were where we needed them to be when we needed them to be. The vehicles were spotless and the drivers both courteous and aware of our time constraints. Extraordinary!

Recently had the pleasure of working with Ruth and the team from Extraordinar Limo. The booking process was easy and she kept us informed on dates, such as contracts due, money due etc. When planning a wedding, having a vendor on top of their customers really is an asset. The driver knew where he was going, was courteous and professional. He arrived in plenty of time for bridal party pick up and ensured that the family were comfortable before setting off. He even practiced driving down the long driveway a couple of times to ensure that it was a swift and smooth departure for his passengers. I would recommend this company for transportation in Annapolis for sure.

“An Extraordinar Limousine” is truly extraordinary! My family has used this limousine company for quite a few years now, and we could not be happier with their service. The drivers are prompt and helpful, and knowledgable of the roads and area in which they are driving. They also go out of their way to be friendly and courteous. The limousines are well-oppointed, clean, and look brand new. I highly recommend this limousine company for any occasion in which you need a limousine! And, when you call to book your limousine, ask for Ruthie. She is as kind and helpful as can be, and from the time you book your limousine until after your event, Ruthie is checking-in to make sure your event goes smoothly and that you are happy with your service.

Great experience. Our company used 2 buses to shuttle people home after the Washington DC 4th of July fireworks celebration. Drivers were as nice as can be, as were all the Extraordinar people we talked with. The company also was able to adjust on the fly when a pick up spot complication came up, so that everything went seamlessly. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
