I rented a limo for a nice night out with my parents who was in town for the first time and I wanted to make it special.
The service was fantastic! They showed up before time and our driver Mirza gave us a nice welcome and offered to take pictures for us. Mirza was well dressed and very professional. He took us downtown Baltimore with tight city streets and his driving/maneuvering was great. He made the ride very comfortable and was very helpful to set up the music and lights as we wanted them. The limo was in great condition with beautiful interior. Everything was in good working order and it was well stocked with clean glasses, water and ice. I would definitely hire An Extraordinar again anytime I need a limo or a bus. I can only give the best recommendation.

I was referred to An Extraordinar by a friend, as I needed to transport 60+ people to a rehearsal dinner. The driver arrived early, and was just tremendous. He brushed off comments from the hotel parking staff and picked up my guests at the front entrance instead of the service entrance. My guests arrived timely, and he even did a final loop at the end of the evening to ensure noone was left behind. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very professional and did a great job at our Night to Shine event

Extraordinar Limousine Service provided the limo that we used to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. The driver showed up early (which was nice) and the tracking service was handy. While we had some issues later in the evening (the sound system didn't work properly and the driver made a mistake taking us home -which is why only 4 stars) the company was reasonable to deal with and resolved a billing issue quickly and satisfactorily. I would recommend them to others looking to hire a limo.

We used two of their 40+ passenger shuttles to pick up and return guests to two different hotels on Kent Island. I did not actually get to ride the shuttles but my guests were all on time and were returned safely with no complaints. They actually told me how great the vehicles were and how accommodating the drivers were. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
