I hired ELT for my son's prom. We booked the 32 passanger limo bus and it was INCREDIBLE. Exceeded expectations from start to finish. This team got back to me immediately, price was better than all other local quotes, and the customer service was unbeatable. Amy was so helpful, answered all questions/concerns and I felt so at ease working with her. Marsha was also a huge help and provided me with pics so that I could share with all of the other parents prior to event. Andrew our driver was fantastic, very friendly and professional. From booking the reservation, to confirming details, to the actual reservation - everything was perfect! We rented a 'party bus' for our daughter's 21 Birthday and our driver arrived a few minutes early so we could leave on time, and he was so friendly and helpful. The bus itself was clean and comfortable and our group had plenty of room. We had a wonderful night and our driver was great, he stayed close if we needed anything and came back to pick us up as soon as we were ready to head home. If we ever need another reservation for this sort of thing we would absolutely go back and use this company again!

We used to go to a Ravens game! From booking to our driver, it was an easy experience and one we will use again. It took the stress of going to a game with 32 of our closest friends by having someone experienced navigate the city and for us to enjoy the added time with family.
