On many occasions over the past 4 years of being a supervisor at the Colorado School of Mines (CSOM), we have called on SERVPRO/Team Olson to respond to the extraction, stabilization, drying and cleanup needs of affected buildings on campus. With the amount of square feet affected, CSOM relied heavily on SERVPRO to provide the necessary services to assist in getting the campus operational during this event.
SERVPRO was extremely responsive and attentive to the requirements of the situation. The quality of their work and competence throughout the whole process are recognized and appreciated by the entire CSOM team. SERVPRO proved to be a valuable partner in restoring the campus to operations in a professional and expeditious manner. SERVPRO has also consistently been the most cost-effective resource available to the CSOM to handle large mitigation projects.
This was especially significant after a major flood experienced of 3 floors at Alderson Hall over winter break in December 2022 due to frozen water lines. SERVPRO/Team Olson responded immediately for water mitigation and worked tirelessly to get the building operational before classes resumed in January 2023. This wouldn’t have been possible without their expertise, for that, CSOM is thankful.
On behalf of CSOM, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all of the contributions made by SERVPRO to restore the campus. I would recommend this SERVPRO team to any company who has experienced property damage.
