We had a water intrusion event and Servpro responded quickly and worked expertly to control the situation. They initiated drying procedures and mold protection.

I had some flooding in my basement and I contacted Lauren. She was able to get somebody out to my house immediately. They were professional, polite and exceeded my expectations. Not only does it look great, but there's no smell in my basement anymore and actually smells better than before. Highly recommend.

This Servepro was fantastic!From David who did my estimate to Brenda and JJ who guided their crew through a very thorough restoration process. They kept me involved throughout the process. They made sure the area was covered with their formula which prevents mold. They were helpful,thorough and very professional. The final bill was very reasonable (whew!) Our home suffered smoke and ash damage during the December 30, 2021 Marshall, Colorado fire. We called Servpro of Broomfield/Arvada the following week, and they came out within a couple of days. We filled out a contract, a somewhat uncomfortable experience since we were still in shock as a result of the fire - 7 houses across the culdesac from us perished in the fire. That same day, Servpro scrubbed the air and was out the next day to start cleaning. We vacated our house while the cleaning took place. Servpro performed a QC on the work and found it lacking, and so called the workers back to do a more thorough job. Some accidents occurred and Servpro is reimbursing me for those losses/repairs, which were pretty minimal considering the amount of cleaning that took place. The initial remediation is complete and we are very, very happy with the outcome. We hired an Industrial Hygienist...

During a cold snap we had a pipe freeze in our basement. We called the plumber out and of course when he warmed them up they burst! I called Shilo with Servpro and she had her team on the phone with me in less than an hour. They were here fast and on top of cleanup within hours! The team was polite, attentive and in constant communication. When it was time to remove the floor and dry wall they were clean, fast, together and did not spread mess anywhere. I am thankful for Servpro of Broomfield/ Arvada team and would recommend them!!!

We had a Soap tray fall off the shower tile in the kids bathroom. Woke up to water all over, and it had leaked into the garage. We called ServePro and they sent our Enrique, Houston and Brian. Not only did they show up within a few hours, they set up Dehumidifiers and Fans, cleaned up the excess water and because their response was SO fast, they ended up saving us THOUSANDS of dollars in damage. (seriously, all we need to do is put the soap tray back up).
Houston and Brian were SO nice, so polite and extremely professional. They went WAY above and beyond my expectations in making sure there was no more water/moisture or any mold. They even crawled into the rafters of my garage multiple times with a moisture detector!
They did this while also dealing with the Marshall Fire damage in Superior Colorado (we live in Parker).

Enrique and Alex from ServPro did a tremendeous job when helping me dry out and restore after a small water leak in our kitchen. Both Enrique and Alex were very professional, courteous, communicated very well regarding appointments, showed up on time and got the work done very well. I can’t say enough about Servpro! I had a very sad incident that occurred and we had blood in the parking lot and an apartment. The police had everything taped off and we had to wait to bring Servpro in. I had to keep changing the time until the investigation was completed. Shilo the VP of sales and marketing took care of everything for me with one call. It was stressful and I needed to be available to my team, the police and residents to keep everyone calm. Jose and his team called me and gave me their personal cell number and when the investigation was complete they were here with in 15 minutes or less. Cleaned up the blood and the area in a professional efficient manor, no trace of anything after they left! They completed this so quickly!
