Servpro of Broomfield/Arvada

During a cold snap we had a pipe freeze in our basement. We called the plumber out and of course when he warmed them up they burst! I called Shilo with Servpro and she had her team on the phone with me in less than an hour. They were here fast and on top of cleanup within hours! The team was polite, attentive and in constant communication. When it was time to remove the floor and dry wall they were clean, fast, together and did not spread mess anywhere. We had a Soap tray fall off the shower tile in the kids bathroom. Woke up to water all over, and it had leaked into the garage. We called ServePro and they sent our Enrique, Houston and Brian. Not only did they show up within a few hours, they set up Dehumidifiers and Fans, cleaned up the excess water and because their response was SO fast, they ended up saving us THOUSANDS of dollars in damage. (seriously, all we need to do is put the soap tray back up).
Houston and Brian were SO nice, so polite and extremely professional. They went WAY above and beyond my expectations in making sure there was no more water/moisture or any mold. They even crawled into the rafters of my garage multiple times with a moisture detector!
They did this while also dealing with the Marshall Fire damage in Superior Colorado (we live in Parker).

Enrique and Alex from ServPro did a tremendeous job when helping me dry out and restore after a small water leak in our kitchen. I can’t say enough about Servpro! I had a very sad incident that occurred and we had blood in the parking lot and an apartment. The police had everything taped off and we had to wait to bring Servpro in. I had to keep changing the time until the investigation was completed. Shilo the VP of sales and marketing took care of everything for me with one call. It was stressful and I needed to be available to my team, the police and residents to keep everyone calm. Jose and his team called me and gave me their personal cell number and when the investigation was complete they were here with in 15 minutes or less. Cleaned up the blood and the area in a professional efficient manor, no trace of anything after they left! They completed this so quickly!
