Myrtle Beach Slingshot Rentals

We had called wanting to rent two Slingshots. When you call the phone number it instructs you to book reservations and pay on their web site so we did. We arrived at noon which was our time. The lights were on and open sign lit up, but the door was locked and nobody was there. Another couple with reservations showed up also. After many tries to contact them we finally called another slingshot rental company and he had another contact number to call. We finally got through and turns out the guy was on vacation. The man finally called back and we got our money back, but if you own a business and leave the open sign on, at least leave someone else in charge while you're gone. He was apologetic and said he never got a notification and I feel bad ruining his 5 star rating, but that business practice needs a little refining. He lost 3 rentals over it. I booked a few ago, great and easy online, when I arrived in MB, I had to cancel due to personal reasons back in Iowa, called and left a message, the owner called me back few minutes later, I told him of my issue, said he was the new owner, asked me to text my info for a refund, little later I received a text saying everything was refunded, new owner...he keeps doing business the RIGHT WAY, he will be the owner for a long time! My Family rented me a Slingshot for my Birthday. We went here because it looked cleaner than all the other places. Great Call by them. Counterman was outstanding and super helpful. (Should have listened to him and took more time). He explained everything, showed how to work everything and away we went. Had a blast. I have been riding HD for 50yrs and this thing was way more fun. I had to return it, didn't want to but did. Check in again super easy.
