I have to give a huge shout out to Kat for not only helping resolve my issue but for doing it with such kindness and patience! My Equifax report was not updating and she not only helped fix it but took time on her day off to call me and make sure that all had been resolved. I had login issues that she helped me with so that I could see things had been resolved for my piece of mind. It’s absolutely refreshing when dealing with a customer service rep like Kat!
