I had the best experience with Ms Chennie who was the most patient and kind Representative I have had the pleasure of speaking with in a long time. She did not rush the process and made sure i understood everything she was explaining to me. I also felt bad that it was 5:00 AM where she was and 5:00PM here in the US, but she assured me not to worry. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to her. Thank you again Ms Chennie!
