Wow! Kathy was so pleasant to speak with. We all know the dreadful feeling when some clown is at work, and dumps all their bad JuJu on you, when you're just tryna update that password!
This was the exact opposite of that!!! Lol
Kathy speaks in a way that is uplifting and gentle. She even gave me a couple extra credits, so I could try to get a few more inquires off my credit report... my magic psychic 3rd eye is telling me she's been due for a raise!
