Hi I generally don’t leave reviews but in this case I wanted to make sure I did. During my initial call the lady who assisted me wasn’t very helpful in
attempting to figure out why I wasnt being cleared with my correct answers. She said call equifax and sent me on a goose chase for over an hour. We decided to call back and the gentlemen took time and asked the right questions helping me get through and be able to set up my account. He made it so that I didn’t have to go through another vender. This gentleman knows how to keep business and true costumer service.
