This company is legit! If you don’t have time to manage your SL’s, they will do a great job. The small fee they charge is well worth it. They return calls and or emails very quickly and answer your questions thoroughly.

They were very helpful throughout the entire process, contacting me if something was needed from me but otherwise they would just complete anything needed, of course keeping me in the loop. And when I qualified for forgiveness, they made sure everything was submitted and completed. Great customer service, always looking out for you. Great experience overall. My experience with MES has been nothing short of incredible. From the initial presentation meeting, I received such attentive and individualized guidance. This included explaining the loan forgiveness policy and process, which I found very confusing at times, as well as helping with the ongoing requirements to keep up with the process. I have always had good communication with MES, as they always answered my questions promptly. MES was always one step ahead with notifying me of deadlines or updates regarding government COVID 19 policy regarding student loan forgiveness. I know there are various programs and companies that assist with student loan forgiveness, but MES made me feel like they genuinely cared about my situation.
