I feel like a dirtball for NOT writing this sooner. We were referred to Sam Wax by a friend who helped my wife and I land our very first home. He gave us his advices, though not a realtor, but his experience just called it. Had we not landed this home when we did, we would have lost in a very competitive market where cash buyers were ruining hopes for veterans in an area like Tampa and Clearwater, where we live now. We were given an opportunity by our landlord to buy the home we were renting and we did. Looks like we landed our house at just the right time before the interest rates shot up the month after we closed. He answered all of our questions, always called back and still checks on us to this day. He made our homebuying experience educational yet simple and I appreciate everything he did to help us. I have referred him to others who are looking to buy in this crazy market.

Katie Ehm was absolutely wonderful to work with during our end-to-end mortgage loan process. It was like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She demonstrated outstanding customer service knowledge through responsiveness, open and direct communication via email and phone calls. Processing required documents from Saudi Arabia was a challenge due to limited WI-FI and constant internet latency.
