I have been dealing with Sam Wax for going on 15 years in various capacities. Always professional, always willing to schedule appointments quickly to fit my schedule, always willing to help. Sam was able to put together a great loan product in a very timely manner. There were many moving parts to this deal, an out of state buyer, short time frame for closing, POA for one party to the transaction, mobile notary for signing documents along with all the necessary communication.
