I can’t say enough good things about my home buying process with Lara. She held our hands throughout the entire timeline. From showing us multiple houses over several different days, to knowing exactly when we found the right one, and then walking us through how to be the offer that stood out for our dream home. And then, telling us exactly what we needed to do after our offer was accepted to the day we closed. As a first time buyer, I was very anxious about the whole process, but as soon as I would ask Lara a question, she was quick to respond and ease my concerns. There’s no one I would recommend more than Lara for such an important decision.

The Murphys ate a powerful team in so many aspects of real estate. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!! They are better than 5 stars. Each team member has deep expertise, knowledge and is action oriented - follow up is amazing!! I am terrible at administrative action items and thankfully They ate great at this- it makes the difference in getting an offer accepted or not. This is a critical differentiator between this team and others. The other key point is ethics, integrity and professionalism. I dealt with another realtor in Moorseville- appeared to have a great reputation- and was lied to and cheated out of a large Earnest money deposit. I should not have gone out on my own and had dual representation. The Murphy group you can trust completely they will get the best deal for you and ensure you know due dates and every aspect of your offer- they are simply the best!!!

She was available every step of the way in a timely manner. She worked around the clock to get me the house I wanted. I ended up purchasing my house in October 2020 and Caten helped me get the house of my dreams. I highly recommend this group to anyone.

Lara is incredible. She helped us find the perfect home and went above and beyond for us. We decided on a new construction build in a growing neighborhood and Lara was with us every step of the way.
