After 6 years of living in our home, we decided it was time to get our blinds professionally cleaned as well as 3 of our turn wands fixed that had been broken most of those 6 years. I had no idea what the costs were so I did an online search of companies in the area. Mr. Blindcleaner's website has an online bid estimate option so I plugged in our information and was sent a bid. I also called some other companies and got bids by phone from them. I was impressed by the professional manner in which all communication came from Mr. Blindcleaner. And the costs were comparable to other companies. We were able to set up an appointment and now my blinds are clean! My blinds are painted wood so I was concerned about the process but was assured it was safe for the blinds and they look like new! I appreciated that they came into my house and took down the blinds so I didn't have to deal with any of that. I had miscalculated the size of our blinds and Jared was more than fair, honoring his estimate even though it was my fault, not his. He went the extra mile when repairing the turn wands and even returned the next day to bring me a replacement wand as one of mine was actually broken.
